We are so excited to present your Uniform and Apparel for the upcoming season. We are looking forward to coming together as a team and community and playing the sport we all love so much!

We appreciate your cooperation with the urgency of this order deadline. Since there are many factors affecting the production process, getting the orders placed asap is important. The original order deadline was June 24th. All order after this date has an ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE OF BEGINNING OF OCTOBER /MID OCTOBER.

**Important- please read before placing your order.

Due to the length of time it takes to produce your Game uniform order and game jerseys, your practice jerseys will serve as your game jerseys until those items arrive. The practice jerseys will be processed and shipped separately within the next 1-2 weeks.

As a result, your game uniform order and your practice jerseys order will need to be placed as 2 separate orders.

Ordering Jerseys & Number Selection:

New Players:

Fill out the Jersey number request form- Click Here. You do not need to know what number has been assigned to place your uniform order. That will be done on the back end
When ordering jerseys, please list 5 jersey numbers in order of preference. You will be assigned the first available number.

Please do not list the same number 5 times. ***note- if you list the same number 5 times, the club will assign the first available number.
If purchasing a bundle, please note that practice jerseys are not included in the bundle as many players already purchased the practice jerseys previously as part of the spring program and already have them. You will need to purchase the practice jerseys separately at the link above if you don't already have them.

Returning Players:

If you already have the items, you do NOT need to purchase them again.

Your jersey number from last season has been reserved for you. If you want to keep the same number, you do not need fill out a form. If you would like to change your number, please fill in the jersey number request form above
